Voluntary Initiatives

Jaguar believes that sharing best practices to promote integrity and against corruptions is a way of making a commitment and contributing to the development of the communities we work in, our employees and our company.

Below are some initiatives that the Company supports:

The Corporate Pact for Integrity and Against Corruption was launched in June, 2006 and is an initiative of the Ethos Institute of Business and Social Responsibility, UniEthos - Training and Development of Socially Responsible Management, Patri Government Relations & Public Policies, United Nations Program United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Brazilian Committee of the Global Compact.

The Business Pact for Integrity and Against Corruption (Clean Company) aims to work with companies to promote an ethical and just market. It presents a set of guidelines and commitments to be adopted by companies and signatory entities.

Aiming to reinforce institutional values, such as dignity, respect and sustainability, Jaguar has associated with Ethos Institute, a civil society organization of public interest. The mission of the institute is to mobilize, raise awareness and help companies to manage their businesses in a socially responsible manner, making them partners in building a fair and sustainable society.

THE CONTAGEM'S INTEGRITY SEAL (CIS) recognizes companies that proactively adopt good practice and integrity measures and seeks to encourage companies to comply with legislation, in particular 12.846 / 13 law, also called the Anti-Corruption Law, ensuring transparency and a good reputation in the market.

The IIA MAY Seal represents the recognition of companies that promote awareness actions on Internal Audit, encouraging people to learn more about internal audit, break paradigms of internal auditor's function and demonstrate the contribution that the audit can bring to companies and employees.
