Jaguar's Training and development Program seeks to educate, train and ensure employees are aware of the importance of an ethical culture.
Our employees’ development process begins through integration and institutional training, as well as Code of Conduct, policies and procedures training.
To increase understanding and practices of those guidelines, Jaguar promotes participation in workshops, fairs, campaigns and other targeted activities.
With regard to stakeholders, the Company promotes events and training for third parties, to promote a culture of transparency and a healthy and respectful business environment.
