Jaguar has several channels that help in the disclosure of an ethical, integral and transparent culture to employees and stakeholders. Periodic campaigns promote ethical behavior in accordance with Jaguar’s values.
Compliance insights are shared with all audiences that Jaguar relates to through the following channels:
TRAINING
Jaguar’s Training and development Program aims to disseminate, train and make employees aware of the importance of an ethical and integral culture. The company believes that relationships are grounded by the strengthening of Jaguar’s values and guidelines.
Jaguar employees’ development and qualification process begins through integration and institutional training, as well as Code of Conduct, policies and procedures training.
To increase understanding and practices of those guidelines, Jaguar promotes participation in workshops, fairs, congresses, campaigns and other targeted activities.
Trainings periodical and adapted to the reality and activities of participants.
With regard to stakeholder involvement, Jaguar promotes events and training for third parties, stimulating the consolidation of a culture of transparency and the promotion of a healthy and respectful business environment.
